Social commitments
The workforce consists of 40 qualified and committed people in their specific fields.
Persons with disabilities represent 30% of staff and hold 50% of management positions (supervising a department and a team).
Women represent 60% of staff and hold 37.5% of management positions.
The board of directors is also diverse, with 60% representation of persons with disabilities and 50% women.
Our organisation is also committed to continuous staff training, with a rate of 57.5%.
Finally, Promhandicam is also distinguished by its tradition of hospitality and collaboration, with 45 interns and 11 international volunteers hosted.

Promhandicam Gender Policy
Promhandicam is committed to promoting equality between women and men, preventing and combating gender-based violence, and empowering women with disabilities. A gender policy was adopted in 2020, with concrete actions for training, awareness and monitoring.
